ZUCKER PICKED UP BY THE PREDATORS
The Nashville Predators acquired winger Jason Zucker from the Arizona Coyotes for a sixth-round draft pick in 2024.
What does it give the Nashville Predators
The Predators have already added Anthony Beauvillier via trade and Jarret Anderson-Dolan via waivers to help with the team's depth up front. Zucker is more of a scoring winger, so he should play higher up in the lineup down the stretch. Zucker is a pending UFA at season's end.
What does it give the Arizona Coyotes
The Coyotes had to move on from Zucker, who played reasonably well for Arizona but also dealt with some injuries. Arizona has been in a big tailspin during the second half of the regular season, so trading unrestricted free agents for picks makes sense at this time.

If Zucker is available, pick him up. Nashville can score goals and plays an offensive system, which should mesh well with Zucker.
