What does it give the Nashville Predators
Allison is a big winger with some NHL experience and some untapped upside. He is a nice acquisition for Nashville at this time. He has been toiling in the AHL, so he might remain there down the stretch.
What does it give the Philadelphia Flyers
Gurianov has not played much recently, so a change of scenery was in order here. He has some scoring ability, so he could be a decent depth scoring option for Philadelphia down the stretch. This move helps all parties.
Fantasy impact
Keep an eye on both Allison and Gurianov for the rest of 2023-24, although neither player should be picked up at this time.
