The Toronto Maple Leafs acquired winger Aaron Voros from the Anaheim Ducks for a conditional seventh-round draft pick in 2011.
What does it give the Toronto Maple Leafs
Voros will be sent to the AHL, but could be recalled if the Maple Leafs feel the need for more grit on their bottom two lines. He won't solve any of Toronto's scoring concerns, though.
What does it give the Anaheim Ducks
The Ducks didn't need Voros anymore, as they've added role players over the course of the season. They've also promoted from within, which also hurt Voros. Anaheim won't get much here.
