What does it give the Tampa Bay Lightning
The Bolts are a little thin, organizationally, at center. So, moving out Simek for Nelson makes perfect sense at this time.

What does it give the Boston Bruins
The Bruins have more depth at center than on the wings in their system, so it made sense to move out Nelson for Simek for the time being.
