Scouting Report
When he is on his game, he is pretty good at throwing strikes and keeping the ball down in the zone. Has both started and relieved in the minor leagues. Does not have a great strikeout pitch at the big-league level, so he tends to rely too heavily on his defense to bail him out. Lacks ideal size and consistency.
Long Range Potential: Journeyman right-hander.
