The Kansas City Royals acquired pitcher Kyle Wright from the Atlanta Braves for pitcher Jackson Kowar.

What does it give the Kansas City Royals
Wright could have more of an opportunity as a starting pitcher with the Royals than he did as a member of the Braves.

What does it give the Atlanta Braves
Look for Kowar to compete for a spot in Atlanta's bullpen during spring training in 2024. He still has some untapped upside.

Fantasy impact
Keep an eye on both Wright and Kowar during spring training. That said, neither should be drafted at this point.
