The Bills and Harris agreed to terms on a one-year contract Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Scouting Report
The running back has made the most of his chance to play. He knows where the end zone is and how to get there, especially when his team gets close to the goal line. Is not the biggest or the fastest runner around, but he makes the most of his touches and can handle a lot of them during a game. However, he needs to get more involved as a receiver.
Long Range Potential: Bell cow running back.
