Scouting Report
The winningest quarterback of all time at the University of Notre Dame has plenty of intangibles, leadership skills and big-game experience, but has to show he has enough size and arm strength to play at the top level. He is effective on run/pass option plays and in buying time by sliding around in the pocket but needs major improvements in several areas, including throws outside the numbers, in order to succeed.
