Had ideal size (with a fantastic wingspan that helped him make plays all over the field). A top-end athlete, he had excellent speed for a D-lineman, a non-stop motor and great power. Could collapse the pocket and was intense throughout the play. Also showed nimble moves when picking up running backs. His technique was somewhat unrefined (especially in terms of getting off sturdy blocks), but it usually got the job done. Could be a bit slow to react and was inconsistent at times. Did not always play with great leverage, and had a tendency to be a bit too upright. He was a durable, winning defender with outstanding leadership qualities.

Long Range Potential: Elite interior defensive lineman.
