He's a smart, efficient passer who makes good reads, avoids trouble, and can get his team into the end zone. Generally he limits mistakes and shows untapped upside as a quarterback. Fairly quick-footed when getting out of trouble. He's not a big-armed quarterback with consistently big-play potential downfield. Doesn't have great reach for a pro QB.
