Dufour has impressed the coaching staff with the Islanders with his size and his shot, Andrew Gross of Newsday reports.
Scouting Report
The big forward blossomed after being a fifth-round pick in the 2020 NHL Draft. Has good size and a goal-scorer's shot, one that is dangerous from almost anywhere. Will have to work on his skating and his play away from the puck for great success at the NHL level, but his offensive tools are enough to elevate him to a top-six forward role at the highest level.
Long Range Potential: Talented offensive forward.
