Scouting Report
Had monumental power and was a superb run producer. Could also hit for average and take his share of free passes. Also displayed excellent leadership ability in MLB. Struck out a lot and made too many errors at first base (his hands were not soft). His running also left something to be desired. Injuries crept into play late in his career.
Long Range Potential: Excellent run-producing slugger.
