Scouting Report
Powerfully built, he had a quick bat with above-average power. Was willing to take a walk if he did not get his pitch. Called a solid game behind the dish and displayed good leadership qualities. Could be a bit of an all-or-nothing hitter at the dish; he took a huge cut when he swung and struck out a lot. Had holes in his swing (but never really shortened it). Struggled to throw runners out on a consistent basis.
Long Range Potential: Solid catcher.
