Scouting Report
Has a wealth of experience pitching at lower levels. Can be hard to hit against, partly because he rarely gives into batters (and partly due to his knuckleball). Owns good pitching savvy. Does not have great stuff by Major League Baseball standards, so he is somewhat limited in his ability to be a starter at the highest level. Lacks ideal size. Can be wild, too.
Long Range Potential: Versatile knuckleball specialist, when healthy.
