Knows how to pitch and is a fairly consistent strike thrower, so he usually does a good job of limiting his number of free passes at lower levels. Is a rather diminutive left-hander (5'11", 190 pounds), so injuries and stamina will always be issues for him. Is not an overpowering lefty for Major League Baseball.
