Davis was reassigned to minor-league camp by the Mets on Saturday, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.
Scouting Report
Can hit for a solid batting average with decent home-run power at the minor-league level. Is also a fairly athletic outfielder with the arm strength to patrol right field at the highest level. Is not a consistent performer and may not hit right-handed pitching well enough to play every day in Major League Baseball. Profiles as a platoon outfielder.
