Provides accurate scoring punch from the perimeter, and can penetrate and dish enough to make teams pay for overplaying him. Is solid when shooting the 3-ball, thanks to excellent form on his stroke. Knows how to get open and possesses a nice array of fakes, crossovers and moves to get his shot off. Is not a true point guard because he looks to shoot first and commits too many turnovers. Is undersized even for a point man (in height and length) and does not make up for it with leaping ability or explosiveness. For a scorer, he is not much of a finisher around the hoop and does not provide much as a rebounder at the NBA level.
