Scouting Report
A nephew of former NFL quarterback Jim Kelly, he shares some similar attributes with the Buffalo legend highlighted by excellent downfield arm strength and an all-encompassing will to win. Is supremely confident and will test the deep middle of the defense without hesitation. Has dual-threat capability as a nifty runner and mobile passer unafraid to venture outside the pocket. Is still quite raw after missing a year as a college transfer. Lacks ideal height for the quarterback position. At times he struggles to gauge touch on routine throws. There are also concerns about his overall maturity level.
Long Range Potential: Decent quarterback with a little upside.
