Incredibly gifted athletically, he could run past defenders, cut smoothly and separate from the best cornerbacks on the planet. Had great agility and leaping ability. Made seemingly impossible catches and ran well after the reception. Had a long history of antics and behavior issues, on and off the field. Got caught up in his own persona. Suffered concentration lapses that could last a whole game and did not always give his best effort. Was not always a team-first player.
