Scouting Report
A pint-sized kick returner and occasional receiver, he boasts electrifying speed and moves. Is a persistent scoring threat on special teams after a prolific college career in a pass-happy offense that featured him as a go-to weapon in the slot. Can make tacklers miss and leave them pawing air. Is severely undersized as a receiver in the pro game, which restricts him somewhat to screen and gadget plays designed to free him in open space. Can be a bit feast or famine as a stat producer.
Long Range Potential: Dynamic kick return specialist and depth wide receiver.
