Scouting Report
Made the most of his ability and usually limited his mistakes in the defensive zone. Was a quality teammate with sound work ethic. Could line up on either side of the ice. Led by example. Blocked shots with aplomb in the NHL. Was extremely limited in the offensive zone--defense was always the name of his game. Lacked a strong point shot, so he was not much of point producer at the National Hockey League level. Lacked size.
Long Range Potential: Solid, defensive defenseman and leader.
