Scouting Report
Had the combination of size and decent scoring ability that scouts love. Was a punishing body checker, but he could also play well without the puck. Complemented skilled players very well. Was good in front of the opposing goal. Had a tendency to disappear from the score sheet for long stretches. Also, he did not have great skating ability, which hindered his ability to produce consistent offense at the National Hockey League level. Always put his team first, so he was a natural leader.
Long Range Potential: Big, versatile winger and leader.
