Scouting Report
Was an effective puck-moving defenseman. Had great mobility and the smarts to know when to jump into the play. Was a consistent point producer from the blueline, especially earlier in his NHL career, and could play in all situations. Lacked ideal size for an NHL defenseman but made up for it with his savvy and willingness to adapt to what happening around him on the ice.
