Scouting Report
Covered a lot of the net, anticipated plays very well and had excellent reflexes and flexibility. This smooth, lanky butterfly goalkeeper was very competitive and could make big saves at key junctures. Lacked some bulk on his 6'3" frame, so he always lacked a bit of stamina. Suffered occasional mental lapses but improved greatly in that area over time. Could lose his focus at times. Injuries were an issue for him, especially late in his NHL career.
Long Range Potential: Excellent goaltender.
