Scouting Report
The No. 10 selection in the 2012 draft remains a terrific skater, but he is still trying to establish himself as a full-time option on an NHL blueline. High expectations have never been matched by results. He has the puck-moving ability to be an NHL regular but remains a question mark when he does not have the puck.
