The big center has made a career of neutralizing opposition scorers. He is still strong along the boards and can win face-offs, and willing to step up for his teammates, but has never been much of a scoring threat. Is not getting any faster as he moves through his 30s, so his usefulness tends to be limited. Injuries have played a huge role here.
