Scouting Report
Can strike a bevy of batters out in the minor leagues, which makes him a solid candidate to close out ball games at all lower levels. Can dominate hitters when on his game. His repertoire is somewhat limited, so he can be too hittable when his command leaves him. Also gets into trouble when he walks too many batters (at all levels).
Long Range Potential: Decent reliever.
