His defense is first-rate, capable of playing a sound shortstop due to great hands and a very good throwing arm. Is also an improving hitter. Can play all over the field. The jury is still out on his ability to play every day at the highest level because of his suspect bat. Could stand to steal more bases because he also lacks power.
