Scouting Report
Was simply a great playmaker. A top athlete who was a constant threat for the pick, he was very fast with outstanding anticipation: he was instinctive reading plays and got a great jump on the ball. Was dangerous on returns. Was also a big hitter and sound tackler. Could gamble and lose at times when going for the interception. Was a bit undersized, which combined with his all-out style made him somewhat prone to injuries at the National Football League level.
Long Range Potential: All-time great free safety.
