Scouting Report
Had an ideal body for the netminding position and an exemplary attitude. Loved the pressure of tending goal in big games. Was as cool as a cucumber when facing a ton of rubber. Had excellent fundamentals and good tools, such as an excellent catching hand. Faced the burden of having to live up to huge expectations after major success as an NHL rookie, which he struggled with throughout his career. Stayed too deep in his net at times, which hurt his reaction time. Injuries became an issue for him as he got older.
Long Range Potential: Quality, reliable goaltender.
