Scouting Report
Possessed major home-run power with the bat (for a catcher). Produced a solid number of doubles and RBI per at-bat. Was a decent game-caller and leader behind the plate. Had holes in his swing, leading to a lot of strikeouts and low batting averages. Also declined somewhat defensively over time and struggled to throw runners out.
Long Range Potential: Solid backup catcher.
