The Padres transferred Sanchez (wrist) from the 10-day injured list to the 60-day IL on Monday.

Sanchez was placed on the 10-day injured list Friday, retroactive to Sept. 7, with a right wrist fracture.
Scouting Report
Owns excellent power from the catching position. He also draws rave reviews for his situational hitting. Behind the plate, he displays a great throwing arm. Not a take-charge type, he needs to improve his game-calling and receiving skills in order to maximize output from the catching position (or become a DH).
Long Range Potential: Talented offensive catcher with some upside.
