Scouting Report
Has a deep arsenal of pitches: fastball, changeup, slider and palmball. Also owns a good feel for the art of pitching, so he sets batters up with aplomb. He generally throws strikes, too. Is not overpowering, so he might be a starter-or-bust candidate at the highest level. Also, he lacks optimum size for a big-league pitcher. So, there are concerns about his stamina.
Long Range Potential: Solid, effective right-hander with some upside.
