His athletic traits are first-rate: he is big, strong and fast. However, he has to work on his fundamentals in order to become a quality NFL linebacker. He has to avoid being out of position or blocked out of the play, and he needs to play more decisively and read his keys better. His coverage ability is a work in progress, and he has to avoid stepping over the line physically and taking needless penalties.
