Scouting Report
Had the ability to rack up points on the power play because of a huge point shot. Made a crisp first pass out of the defensive zone and joined the rush with aplomb. Could also play wing. Was very heady on offense in the NHL. It was a struggle for him to receive regular ice time as a defenseman because he turned the puck over a lot and was not great in defensive-zone coverage. At 5-9, 190 pounds, he always had trouble handling big NHL forwards.
Long Range Potential: Versatile power-play specialist with a big point shot.
