Scouting Report
Mainly a defense-first blueliner in the NHL, he was a tremendous shot-blocker. Used a low center of gravity effectively to defend in his own zone, where he played it safe thanks to sound positioning and hard work. Wasn't much of a physical presence and also didn't stand out in the offensive zone, so he wasn't usually on the power play. Was also often banged up because he put his team first and wound up with a lot of bumps and bruises.
Long Range Potential: Hard-working, defense-first defenseman.
