A prototypical defensive defenseman, he is at his best when he keeps his game simple and takes care of his own zone. Does not have ideal mobility and can get beaten to the outside by speedy opposing forwards. Will step up for his teammates and always provides a physical presence in the defensive zone.
Long Range Potential: Big shutdown defenseman.
