Scouting Report
The smallish forward compensates for his lack of size with a good nose for the puck and the kind of energy you would expect from a player who took the long road to the NHL (and did not make his debut until age 25). He gets to the net and can win puck battles along the boards despite his lack of size. His tenacity is one of the attributes that endears him to his coaches.
Long Range Potential: Small but skilled forward.
