Drafted as an overage player, he is a late-blooming forward both in terms of his physical traits and hockey brain. His best asset is his NHL-caliber shot that he gets off quickly and deceptively. He has good hand-eye coordination and can get to the front of the net for deflections. He has a good work ethic but may need an extra gear to keep up with the pace of the NHL.
Long Range Potential: Solid scoring winger.
