The Dodgers reassigned Telis to minor-league camp Monday, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.
Scouting Report
Owns an ideal catchers' frame, plus a solid line-drive bat. Also runs better than most catchers, which adds to his overall value for MLB. Can also play first base. Still needs to work more on his receiving skills in order to see more action behind the plate in Major League Baseball. Also lacks ideal home-run power.
Long Range Potential: Versatile catcher.
