Scouting Report
Is an excellent defensive catcher who can call a good game at all levels. His catch-and-throw skills are also first-rate. Offensively, he usually sports a solid walk/strikeout ratio. Has leadership qualities. Does not have a lot of home-run power, and is also rather inconsistent in terms of hitting for average. That will limit him to backup duties in Major League Baseball. Injuries can be an issue here.
Long Range Potential: Defense-first, depth catcher, when healthy.
