Scouting Report
Has a lot of value because he can be used as either a starting pitcher or reliever in Major League Baseball. Uses a quality slider to his advantage. Generally throws a lot of strikes. May not have enough zip on his fastball to become a quality late-inning reliever in the bigs. Also, his changeup needs to be improved if he is to thrive as a starter in MLB.
Long Range Potential: Versatile right-hander with a little upside.
