Sewald earned the save in Friday's 5-2 win over the Cubs, allowing two hits while striking out a pair in the ninth inning.
Scouting Report
Has good size for a pitcher and plenty of strikeout ability, which makes him a solid candidate to pitch in the later innings in the minor leagues. Throws a lot of strikes, as well. Can get hurt by the long ball, so he needs to do a better job of keeping the ball down in the strike zone in order to maximize output as a late-inning reliever in the big leagues.
Long Range Potential: Decent reliever.
