Hollins is slated to signed a two-year, $8.4 million contract with the Patriots, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Scouting Report
The versatile wide receiver can help a team in a number of ways, aside from catching the ball. He can block in the running game and is a presence on special teams--especially as a gunner on punt and kickoff coverage.
