Bailey signed with the Dolphins on Friday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
A valuable special teams weapon, he can pin opponents inside the 20 with aim and precision or win the field position war with power and distance. Demonstrates accuracy on directional kicks and can make subtle adjustments in trajectory (and loft when required). Creates ample hang time, thus inhibiting lengthy returns. Is strong and athletic enough to make a tackle, if needed. Can also handle kickoffs. Must execute under duress and in adverse weather conditions. Needs to continue to refine his technique on touch kicks.
Long Range Potential: Consistent, big-legged punter.
