Bland (foot) did not practice Wednesday, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Scouting Report
The big, long and athletic cornerback can run with outside receivers and make plays. He has good speed but lacks a bit of short-area explosiveness, and his tackling has to get better. He has experience playing on special teams, which helps him earn playing time. Also, he has the ability to play in the slot, which adds value at the NFL level.
Long Range Potential: Versatile cornerback.
