Tolbert caught one of two targets for an 11-yard touchdown in Sunday's win over the Panthers.
Tolbert recorded two catches on four targets for 41 yards in Thursday's 27-20 Week 13 win against the Giants.
An athletic wideout, he was a monster in college football. Has the size and length to be a legitimate deep threat. He gets off the line of scrimmage well, and there is little wasted effort in his movement. Will have to improve his route-running skills and limit his drops. Also, he is not very quick in small spaces. He does have a knack for getting open and has the speed to run away from defenders.
Long Range Potential: Solid outside wide receiver.
