Jankowski (upper body) will return to the lineup Saturday versus Colorado, according to Robby Stanley of NHL.com.
Jankowski is a late scratch from Thursday's game against Edmonton due to an upper-body injury. The Predators consider him day-to-day.
The 2012 first-round pick has bobbed up and down between the NHL and AHL in recent years. Has put up some good offensive numbers in the minors but has yet to translate that into NHL success. He is big (6'4") and strong, and he owns good hockey smarts, instincts and awareness. However, he has yet to prove he can be an impact offensive player against stronger competition, and the clock is ticking.
Long Range Potential: Big depth center.
