Hudson (0-4) took the loss against Seattle on Saturday, allowing four runs on seven hits and five walks over four innings while striking out one.
Hudson and the Rockies will not play Friday after their game versus the Mariners was postponed due to inclement weather, Kyle Newman of The Denver Post reports.
Has the four-pitch repertoire (fastball, slider, curve and changeup) to become a quality starter in MLB, but his fastball-slider approach works well out of the bullpen too. Owns a great arm, overall. In order to thrive as a starter in the big leagues, he will need to vastly improve his fastball command (which is spotty, at best). To dominate as a reliever, he must become a better strikeout artist.
Long Range Potential: Talented, versatile right-hander with upside.
