The Mets transferred Reid-Foley (shoulder) from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day injured list Thursday, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.
Reid-Foley (shoulder) is unlikely to rejoin the Mets before the end of the season, Tim Britton of The Athletic reports.
When he is on, he can be a dominant starter at any level thanks to a four-pitch arsenal (fastball, curve, slider, changeup) and a live arm. Also displays a solid frame (6'3", 230 pounds) for the big leagues. Has issues with his command, as well as with repeating his delivery, so he may have to continue to tweak his pitching motion in order to maximize output in MLB. All four of his pitches lack consistency.
Long Range Potential: Talented, inconsistent right-hander with a little upside.
